Challenges for Days - BY DATE 16th - 23rd May

Donna, filling in for Kathy with the "By date" list is for all the challenges we know of that start between the 16th and the 23rd of each month.  As with all our lists we have tried to check the rules of each challenge (key in sidebar) but we strongly urge you to check for yourself.
